Virtual follow-up visit (established patients only)

Available to established patients who have completed an initial in-home consultation with My Family Cat.

This is our primary recommended follow-up for established patients who want comprehensive guidance as they continue their cat’s medical and behavioral plan.

During this 60-minute virtual visit, we will:

• Evaluate your cat’s progress since the initial consultation

• Review response to environmental and behavioral recommendations

• Assess medication effectiveness and discuss adjustments if needed

• Address any new concerns that have arisen

• Refine and expand your treatment plan as needed

Includes 4 Weeks of Direct Email Support with our veterinarian Dr. Liu

This follow-up includes four weeks of continued email access to Dr. Liu to fine-tune your cat’s plan and support steady progress.

Behavior change takes time and fine-tuning. Ongoing email support allows you to:

• Ask questions as situations arise

• Share updates and receive tailored guidance

• Adjust the plan thoughtfully rather than guessing

• Feel supported rather than navigating the process alone

For many families, this continued access is what makes meaningful, lasting progress possible.
