When to Choose a Recheck Instead

To ensure your cat receives the appropriate level of care:

  • If it has been 2–11 months since your last consultation, or your questions are more extensive, please schedule a 1-hour virtual recheck (which includes 4 weeks of email support).

  • If it has been more than 11 months, an in-home recheck is required to maintain the veterinary-client-patient relationship.

This helps ensure new or complex concerns are addressed thoroughly rather than through email alone.
